The EHR is free. Here's exactly how that works.

No asterisk, no trial clock, no feature gate. But "free" always has a mechanism behind it, and you should understand ours before you sign anything.

EHR + Revenue Cycle Management

You use our EHR. We do your billing end to end.

$0 / provider / month for the EHR

Plus a percentage of what we actually collect for you. The rate depends on your specialty, payer mix and claim volume — we quote it after we've seen your numbers, not before.

  • Full EHR licence, every feature, unlimited users
  • Data migration from your current EHR
  • Provider credentialing & payer enrolment
  • Hosting, backups, updates and support
  • Coding review, claim scrubbing and submission
  • Denial management and A/R follow-up
  • Patient statements and collections
  • Monthly practice performance reporting

EHR only

You use our EHR and keep billing in-house or with another company.

Quoted / provider / month

We'd rather be straight with you: this isn't what we're built for and it isn't where we're cheapest. If you only want software, there are vendors who do that better. Ask us anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit.

  • Full EHR licence and all features
  • Hosting, backups and updates
  • Standard support

Why we can give the software away

A percentage-of-collections billing contract is worth considerably more to us over several years than an EHR licence fee. Bundling them buys us three things that make our billing service better and cheaper to run:

  • One system instead of two. We aren't paying staff to re-key charges out of your EHR or reconcile two sets of numbers. That labour cost disappears.
  • We can fix problems at the source. When a payer denies for documentation, our coders can see the note, tell the provider precisely what was missing, and change the template so it stops happening.
  • Practices stay longer. A billing relationship that works tends to last. That predictability is what pays for the software.

And the honest downside

The EHR and the billing service are bundled. If you leave the billing service, the free licence ends. You will always be able to export your complete patient data in a standard format — that's yours, and we'll never hold it hostage — but you'd need to move to another system or start paying a licence fee. Go in knowing that.
